Limitations of Web Service Integration for Property Preservation Orders
The web service integration between the East Point Systems Exchange Hub and LPS is a phased project. As such, there are some limitations to the current capabilities.
- Only PCR Results and Photos can be submitted through the web service.
- Once you have been activated to use the web service, you must not enter PCR Results and Photos through FieldScape (see note).
- Grass Cut Only work orders, Gross Costs, Invoices and Dump Receipts must be entered through FieldScape, but only after the PCR Results and Photos have been successfully processed through the web service.
- "Work Not Performed" and "Work Order Status" must be entered through FieldScape (no restrictions)
Note: Items 3 and 4 will be addressed in future releases of the LPS web service.
All results to send to LPS via the Web Service connection must be filled out on the form labeled "LPS PCR2". Sending results on other forms will not be accepted by LPS and could result in late results or non-payment.
Version 1.4 of Field-comm.net is required to send results to the LPS web service. This version of Field-Comm contains the new PCR form as well as the LPS-required photo captions.
